The shoot itself can take only a few minutes, depending on how much you can keep your eye open and keep it still.

If you are wanting a personal in-home or studio session then YES, you need to make a booking.

If you want to have your IRIS photographed at a local market then NO, just come along first in first served.

We can photograph any age from 5 years and up as long as they are able to hold their head still and rest it in a chin rest. They also need to be able to keep their eye still by looking straight into the lens.

It is safe and not harmful to your eye. The little lights we use are very bright which can sometimes make it hard to keep your eye open. These little lights are specifically designed for IRIS photography.

Yes I can still photograph your eye, but it is best to give me a ring so that we can chat about your needs, you may need a personal In-home or studio session.

It is a macro photo of your Iris. This is an individual one of a kind piece of art. All shapes and colours are captured with great care, using specialized equipment.

The colour and structure of your eye is captured and reproduced without changing any colours or the structure of your eye. We take a few photographs of your Iris and these are used to overlay and remove any distracting elements such as lights.

Straight out of the camera your IRIS does not look appealing due to the whites of your eye, your eyelashes and eyebrows, but once I process your photo and delete the distracting elements, add a black background, you will be amazed.

When you view your digital photo on different devices it may appear different, this is due to the many different makes and models of screens available and has nothing to do with photography. The best colour representation is achieved on our calibrated screens and printed products.
